The Mohawk Valley Music Festival

It is our mission to bring the finest selection of exceptional foods and wonderful wares on-board this year! People who have a passion for enjoying fabulous food and those who love to shop for diverse, high-quality products will be giddy with delight at our assortment of vendors. If you have a food or craft booth and would like to join us, please submit an application below. We look forward to your participation!

Craft Vendors

  • 10x10 ($400) - Includes two (2) festival passes, one (1) parking pass, electricity
    *may purchase up to 2 additional passes for $60 each
  • 10x20 ($600) - Includes four (4) festival passes, one (1) parking pass, electricity
    *may purchase up to 4 additional passes for $60 each

Food Vendors

  • 10x10 ($600) - Includes two (2) festival passes, one (1) parking pass, electricity, greywater disposal & pure tap water.
    *may purchase up to 2 additional passes for $60 each
  • 10x20 ($800) - Includes four (4) festival passes, two (2) parking pass, 5 amps electricity, greywater disposal & pure tap water.
    *may purchase up to 4 additional passes for $60 each

Notes:

  • *Additional vendor passes cost $60 each and must be used for working staff.
  • We are more than willing to work with you on customized space or package needs.
  • VIP access/ backstage passes may be purchased for an additional $100 each, two (2) max per vendor. They are only available to vendors, performers, sponsors and VIP ticket buyers. These are access passes ONLY. Users must possess vendor wristbands as well.
  • Vendors are expected to arrive on Thursday to check-in and set-up. Craft Vendors must be open from noon to midnight Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Food Vendors hours will be decided individually.
  • Electricity: Limited power will be available to all vendors. Edison outlet. Vendors should bring at least 75' of extension cords.
  • Vendor Payment & Confirmation: We will contact you via email if your application is approved. For approved vendors: your booth fee is due in full by July 1st, 2017. Your booth space is not confirmed until your booth fee has been received. Vendors who pay in full by June 1st, 2017 will receive a $50 discount.
  • Fire Extinguishers: All vendors must possess a 5# fire extinguisher in plain view at all times, with a current annual inspection certificate.
  • Canopies: All tents/canopies must be securely staked to the ground.
  • Parking: No vehicles are permitted in the vending area during hours and days of the Festival. Vendors may restock during morning hours every day. Vendor parking area is located in the general parking lot near the vending area.
